TUPELO, MS: The Natchez Trace Parkway invites children and their families to “Skins and Skulls,” a special Junior Ranger program held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 10:00 am. Animals along the Natchez Trace Parkway have many special adaptations that help them to survive. Join a park ranger for this 45-minute program to discover some of amazing abilities of the animals that call the Parkway home. Participants will be able to examine and touch real animal pelts and replica skulls. This free hands-on program is ideal for children seven to 12 years old, but all ages are welcome.
