Natchez Trace Parkway Detour at Highway 412 in Tennessee

Natchez Trace Parkway officials announce a detour at milepost 391, east of Hohenwald, TN, at Highway 412 starting on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is widening TN Highway 412. A longer Parkway bridge at milepost 391.3 will be constructed to span the enlarged highway.

Natchez Trace Parkway officials announce a detour at milepost 391, east of Hohenwald, TN, at Highway 412 starting on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is widening TN Highway 412.  A longer Parkway bridge at milepost 391.3 will be constructed to span the enlarged highway.
 
Work began on this project in September 2011 and is expected to be completed by the fall of 2012.
 
Visitors traveling the Parkway will be directed to exit the Parkway onto the ramp for TN Hwy 412, follow the detour signs for approximately 1/4 mile, and enter onto the Parkway via the access ramp.
