The Natchez Trace Parkway will host a “Summer Wildlife Festival” on Saturday, June 4 at the Natchez Trace Parkway Information Cabin, in Ridgeland, Mississippi from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
All exhibitors and events will be outdoors and include:
- Terry Vandeventer’s fun, live snake program: “Snakes of Mississippi” at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
- Experience the beauty of birds of prey with David Hall, Founder of the Wildlife Outreach Foundation, who will be here with his WOF Raptor Ambassadors
- Junior Ranger Activity
- A special Junior Ranger Scavenger Hunt
- Music by Trace Traditions

All events are free and open to the public. The Natchez Trace Parkway Information Cabin is located along the Parkway at Milepost 102.4 in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
