Mississippi Daughters of the American Revolution Print
Saturday, March 13 2010, 10:00am - 2:00pm

Ms. Margaret DeMoville of the Mississippi Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) will present two programs on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the Natchez Trace Parkway Visitor Center, near Tupelo, Mississippi. The program will emphasize the critical role that the Mississippi DAR played in the commemoration of the Old Natchez Trace and ultimately the creation of the Natchez Trace Parkway.

Margaret DeMoville is a native of the Tupelo area and has always been very involved in the community. As an artist, she helped paint murals in the Parkway Visitor Center. She is a member of more than 20 historical and patriotic organizations and an Honorary State Regent and National Past Vice President General of the DAR.
